adult day services

The Day Services provided by Special Friends Foundation are designed to offer choice, community integration, and belonging to individuals who require a 1:1 level of service or higher. We are committed to meeting each person where they are, creating individualized programs that create opportunities for growth and fostering meaningful, genuine friendships.

We help individuals access the community, participate in music and recreation therapy weekly, engage in volunteer experiences, and we are newly authorized to provide career supports.  Stay tuned for our innovative small group employment services as well as traditional job coaching.
