The Special Friends Family Services Division began over 20 years ago and has assisted children and their families challenged by rare genetic disorders and other special needs, particularly Rubinstein Taybi Syndrome (RTS).
The Special Friends Foundation Family Services Division is committed to providing families with the information and resources necessary to meet the many challenges of raising special needs children. .
